* I felt the need to share this as its not only been my favourite Bible verse but also because of the power it holds in this one sentence and exerts encouragement & faith. Be blessed!! *

D A N C I N G . w i t h . G O D ! ! When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky. When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing Lightly in one direction or another. It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other. My eyes drew back to the word Guidance. When I saw "G": I thought of God, followed by "u" and "i". "God, "u" and "i" dance." God, you, and I dance. As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let God lead. Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. L E T S . D A N C E ! ! !

Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine as children do.

Its not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Fashion Sketches by ...

iAdore the style of sketching by this amazingly talented woman, her sketches are inspiring to say the least. Am only in my so called 'baby steps' into the fashion designing and i have to share that these sketches are absolutely breath-taking and echoes elegance and flamboyance!!

I hope to one day be somewhat near as good as sketching my own designs!!!

I just wanted to share this piece of 'innocence' with everyone !!

I quite enjoy looking at this photo i'd been staring at it for a few hours now before i decided to post it up! I wanted to look into this photo to see what i could gain from it, what it captures? ... and i found 'innocence, first kiss, & purity', as random as it is! I hope you like it to.

I am a Christian ...

When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not shouting "I'm clean livin'."

I'm whispering I was lost, now I'm found and forgiven.

When I say... "I am a Christian" I don't speak of this with pride.

I'm confessing that I stumble and need CHRIST to be my guide.

When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not trying to be strong.

I'm professing that I was weak and need HIS strength to carry on.

When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not bragging of success.

I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.

When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not claiming to be perfect,

My flaws are far too visible but, God believes I'm worth it.

When I say..."I am a Christian" I still feel the sting of pain;

I have my share of heartaches So I call upon His name.

When I say... "I am a Christian" I'm not holier than thou,

I'm just a simple sinner who received God's good grace, somehow.

Butterfly

Transmutation, Dance of Joy

The butterfly is the symbol of change, joy and color.
It is the symbol of the soul.

They remind us that life is a dance,
not to take things quite so seriously.
They also remind us to get up and move.
Dance brings the sweetness of life.

Butterflies bring color and joy to your life.

Look at them and remember what joy is in your life,
if its a lot or a little, it is still joy.

They teach us that growth and transformation does not have to traumatic;
it can occur gently, sweetly, joyfully.

If a butterfly totem has shown up in your life,
make note of the most important issues in your life,
and see what needs to be changed.

- I came across this poem as i was surfing the net and immediately thought of a friend of mine,

who is getting married and is using butterflies as her theme for her wedding !!!

C H A N G E

You never change things by fighting the existing reality.

To change, is to build the existing reality and make it obsolete. To step out into the unknown, the realm outside your comfort zone and beyond your everyday measures.

Its not that its challenging but its the challenge of starting at a new beginning and a beginning of a new Life!

myTATTOO ...

I recently got inked as people would call it. id always wanted a tattoo just hadn't set my mind to which one i was going to get. But while on my last trip in the my beautiful paradise home of Fiji i had decided that on this trip i would finally get inked... the design of my tattoo is of a few different pieces put together ... its primarily a tahitian inspired tattoo ... with a frangipani/tiare flower, i've read that frangipani is the symbol of perfection, and i'm far from that but it also means 'beauty, shelter & protection' and is a perfect symbol to begin your married life ... and lastly ... Hanisi, the word means 'Love or To be Loved' in Rotuman (a polynesian Island just outside of Fiji). So overall my tattoo symbolises ...

Where I came from ... & Where I'm going !!

Loving Soul ...
